Bookings
A non-refundable booking fee of 40% secures your install date. The balance is due 14 days before installation.
Your booking is confirmed only after payment clears and we email confirmation.
Client cancellations
30+ days before install: refund of any balance paid (booking fee retained).
8–29 days: 50% of the total fee retained.
0–7 days: 100% of the total fee retained.
Reschedules within the same season are subject to availability and may incur a 10% reschedule fee.
Our cancellations
If we cancel due to reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.
If unsafe conditions, site inaccessibility, or force majeure prevent installation, we’ll offer a new date. If no date works, we refund amounts paid minus on-site costs already incurred (e.g., travel, labour).
Service quality
Hire is a service with supplied equipment. Ownership of all items remains with Bels n Bling. Normal wear and tear is on us. Loss or damage is chargeable (see Terms).

These terms apply in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
